Every guest takes a photo home. And leaves another inside a bigger picture.
The artwork doesn’t arrive finished. It is built throughout the event, photo by photo, by the audience itself. When the last piece goes in, hundreds of faces form the brand’s image.
Mosaico XP is a photo activation for events where each guest takes home a printed photo and leaves a sticker that builds a collective brand artwork. It solves two things at once: the guest gets a physical keepsake, and the brand gets a panel that grows during the event, assembled by the people who were there.
The same shot is printed twice. One copy leaves in the guest’s pocket. The other stays on the wall, becoming part of the artwork the brand keeps after the event.
A printed copy handed over on the spot, with the campaign’s identity. It’s the keepsake that leaves the event and keeps circulating.
The second version comes out as a sticker, with the exact coordinate of its place inside the panel.
Every sticker placed reveals a piece of the final artwork. The panel goes from blank to complete with no outside assembly.
The experience doesn’t wait for the crowd. It moves around the event, produces in about 40 seconds and puts both versions in the guest’s hands.
With the Mobi XP, a host walks the event and shoots where people already are. The guest poses, the photo is taken and flows automatically to the production point. Nobody hunts for a booth or stops enjoying the event to take part.
From capture to print takes about 40 seconds. Out come the photo to keep and the sticker to place. Guests gather at the production point to watch, pick up both pieces and head to the panel. That moment becomes one more touchpoint with the activation.
The sticker carries the coordinate of its position on the panel. The guest finds the marked spot and places their own image. Alone, each piece is one person and one moment. Together, they are the artwork.
At first only a few elements of the artwork can be made out. As more people join, the panel takes shape. The build itself becomes an attraction: passers-by stop to look and come back later to see how it turned out.
The first few dozen photos hint at the artwork without giving it away. It’s what makes people ask what will appear there.
At the halfway mark, the main image reads from a distance. That’s when the activation starts drawing people on its own.
With every piece in place, the individual shots dissolve into the final artwork. Up close, it’s people. From afar, it’s the brand.
The guest leaves with a physical piece of the experience. The brand keeps a panel built by its own audience, still standing after the event ends.
From capture to both printed versions in the guest’s hands.
One photo to keep and one sticker with its exact position on the panel.
Hundreds of individual shots forming the artwork designed for the campaign.
Panel size also changes from project to project, based on available space, expected audience and the activation’s concept.
Artwork, capture, production and panel are defined before the event and run by T3i during it. The brand approves the final image and watches the panel grow.
SelfieCup Premium: photo, print and finished cup in about 30 seconds.
